DonDirect is an escrow service provider between people who want to convert Australian dollar to Korean Won and vice versa.
We are registed as remittance service provider in AUSTRAC(Register No. 100614410) and follow Australain laws and legislation.
DonDirect is strictly only for Australian residences.
Legal Requirement
By using our service, you are committed to meet Australian regulations. Any breach caused by your activities on our service is your responsibility.
Your identification should be collected by the law of AML/KYC and will be kept in an encrypted form safely. We never share the information with third party.
We might be requested to disclose your information including your transaction history by AUSTRAC and we must cooperate.
Site usage
Our exchange rate is retrieved from Korean portal site, Naver(with maximum one minute time gap). The exchange rate is rounded to the nearest Korean 1 Won.
All conversions are also rounded to the nearest Korean 1 won and the nearest Australian 1 dollar.
Money conversion occures between our customers not between customers and us. The only commission of our service is +-8 Korean Won of Australian dollar exchange rate shown on Naver.
Internet money transfer between Australian banks can be delayed. We recommend you to use PayID.
All deposits, withdraws and exchanges requests are informed by email. If you recieved any of them without your notice, please contact us immediately.
Withdraws requests must be validated via SMS verification code. Any illegal withdraws caused by lost mobile phone will not be indemnified.
We recommand you to contact us as soon as you lose your mobile phone.
