DonDirect is an remittance service provider facilitating the conversion of Australian Dollar to Korean Won and vice versa. We are registered as a remittance service provider with AUSTRAC (Register No. 100614410) and comply with Australian laws and regulations. DonDirect is strictly for Australian residents only.
Legal Requirement
By using our service, you agree to comply with Australian regulations. Any breaches resulting from your activities on our service are your responsibility. Your identification will be collected in accordance with AML/KYC laws and will be securely encrypted. We never share this information with third parties unless required by law. We may be requested by AUSTRAC to disclose your information, including your transaction history, and we must comply.
Site Usage
- Our exchange rate is retrieved from the Korean portal site, Naver, with a maximum time lag of one minute. The exchange rate is rounded to the nearest Korean 1 Won.
All conversions are rounded to the nearest Korean 1 Won and the nearest Australian 1 Dollar. - Money conversion occurs between our customers, not between customers and us. The only commission for our service is ±8 Korean Won of the Australian Dollar exchange rate shown on Naver.
- Internet money transfers between Australian banks can be delayed. We recommend using PayID.
- All deposits, withdrawals, and exchange requests are informed via email. If you receive any notifications without your knowledge, please contact us immediately.
- Withdrawal requests must be validated via an SMS verification code. Any illegal withdrawals caused by a lost mobile phone will not be indemnified.
- We recommend you contact us as soon as you lose your mobile phone.
